Functionality

  • Content Manager: The bank can define all the components of sidebars in the internet bank. The settings are based on functional relationships between the advertisements, widgets and the exact functions and sub-functions of the internet bank to ensure that the most appropriate elements will be displayed. It supports the sales by boosting the usage of widgets and the click trough rate.
  • Campaign admin: With the campaign admin the bank can set, manage and oversee its campaigns. It is able to create or import CRM driven campaigns to the Online Sales. Marketing message specification is easy: all types of advertisements (banners, text messages, mobile-feeds, etc.) are full customizable. Due to inbuilt targeting logics IND Online Sales is capable to use not only CRM driven but independent campaigns as well. The bank can filter the customers and target the ads by a wide range of customizable rules and metrics.
  • Targeting: Online Sales can handle segmentation logic and rules come from the bank's CRM.
  • Analytics: Coming soon. With Ananlytics, the bank receives accurate information about the performance of the campaigns running in the internet bank.
