The IND Banking Front-Office Concept
In the midst of the global credit crunch financial markets are becoming more and more competitive. Bank’s success relies on the efficiency and coordination of its distribution channels. But efficiency and coordination cannot be reached without well-defined strategy and working technology.
IND had learnt that state-of-the-art internet bank or supporting branch solutions are a must-have but banks have to improve them further in order to achieve sales and service excellence. Different channels should work in a harmonized manner where each channel has its role in the bank's strategy.
According to IND Banking Front-Office philosophy, banking transactions should be carried out by services and by channels, so clients receive excellent banking service regardless of the channel. Moreover, the service channel can either be changed during the given process. Besides, bank streamline it’s IT architecture to achieve a balance between customer service and proactive sales activities.
"Modern banking front-office serves as an integrated service and sales
environment. It supports core business strategy, allows differentiation and
provides professional, custom-tailored services."
