Banking Innovation Day in Bucharest
On 29 May, the third edition of the Banking Innovation Day took place in the Intercontinental Hotel of Bucharest, an annual event organized by IND Group with the support of Finmedia. It brought together over 100 experts from the domestic banking sector, focusing on, as the title of the event suggests, innovation in general, on ideas that can lead to an accelerated improvement of customers' experience with banks and on identifying the most appropriate ways of making more efficient the sales of credit institutions via online channels.

Mobile Banking and PFM Undervalued in Germany
Average German user spends less than a minute a year in direct contact with their bank. On the contrary, he spends over 400 minutes in the online branch. How can banks achieve a high level of trust and build a good relationship with customers in less than one minute? It’s impossible. In addition, the majority of the financial institutions do not manage to get customers into the branches: 60% of the customers did not enter a branch at all last year.
