the primary responsibility of a business consultant is to analyze, plan, implement and evaluate projects
works with clients to discuss and reach project targets and meet expectations
discusses strategies with teammates and leaders to deliver the best solutions for the projects
follow market trends to develop a brand and also to make improvements in existing products and services
network with clients to build relations and sustain them
prepare and present business proposals and solutions
planning of standard product packages based on customer requests, preparing and introducing the package
business consultancy for introducing the product packages, planning and managing integration and customization in accordance with banking standards
using planning and modeling tools
business documentation of product packages, maintaining the standard component storage

good analytical, deduction and problem-solving skills
good communication skills, both written and verbal
be confident and outgoing and be adaptable to change
be versatile and deal with clients from various walks of life
long hours are quite common in this field, and hence they business consultant must be able to deal with stress and work under pressure
needs to have good presentation skills
good knowledge of the standard components and functional configurations of the product packages
ability to recognize the business needs for the development platform
ability to use, develop and create new business components for the product packages
ability to manage the external and internal change requests (sales or R&D) in line with the characteristics of the product
willingness to travel

experience in front office banking activities, especially knowledge about the direct ways and services of selling
experience in designing the platforms and functions used by clients
experience in functional and business testing
being able to define the business needs and prepare specifications
fluent English language, ability to negotiate in a high level
at least 3 years of experience in business consultancy, analytics or product development in banking sector
